Article #54 - 22/09/2026 12:01A good day running Davedale at Bressingham on Sunday
Nice position next to the open door, so nice and cool with the brisk breeze.
I set up on Saturday evening, so Sunday was more relaxed.
Point #1 had contact problems cutting power to platform 1. A quick clean of the blades had it working for a while, not the problem came back. I didn't use droppers on this layout, and because the platform is insulated into 2 halves, power couldn't get to the end of platform 1.
Alternative routing through platform 2 allowed traffic to continue, and the turntable siding was used as a passing siding allowing traffic out of the other sidings to proceed through platform 2.
